Today in the Oval Office, President Trump was asked a question about Greta Thunberg, who was recently arrested in Israel and subsequently deported. His response was sharply critical. “She’s just a troublemaker,” President Trump said before dismissing her shift from climate activism to commenting on the Israel-Palestine conflict. He suggested she seek medical attention for what he described as severe anger issues.

“She’s just a troublemaker. You mean she’s no longer into the environment? She’s an anger management problem. I think she should see a doctor. If you ever watched her. For a young person she’s so ANGRY, she’s so CRAZY! No, you can have her. You can have her. She’s just a troublemaker.”

Greta Thunberg was among 171 individuals deported from Israel to Greece and Slovakia after being detained for participating in a Gaza-bound aid flotilla. Israeli authorities confirmed the deportation, noting the group included activists from multiple countries. Thunberg arrived in Athens Monday, where supporters greeted her with chants of “Free free Palestine!”

Upon arrival, Thunberg criticized her treatment during detention, stating, “It’s a shame! I could talk for a very, very long time about our mistreatment and abuses in our imprisonment.” She later released a video addressing the situation.
