The CIA has stormed into the office of U.S. Representative Tulsi Gabbard and seized dozens of boxes containing documents she was preparing to declassify.

According to Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, multiple boxes of materials related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy and the CIA’s MKUltra program were taken from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).

Luna stated that the raid violates a presidential executive order directing the full declassification of JFK files and MKUltra documents. She added that the CIA has previously claimed all such documents were released or destroyed, making these seized materials “allegedly those documents that apparently never existed.”

Luna noted that she had contacted Chairman Comer to request preservation of the documents and had also reached out directly to the White House regarding the director of the CIA.

She emphasized that the raid directly contradicts President Trump’s executive order for full declassification, stating: “The CIA cannot overrule the President of the United States!”

Regarding the MKUltra files, Luna explained that many were destroyed in the 1970s by the CIA to erase evidence. The documents seized from Gabbard’s office reportedly constitute part of the remaining 15% of such files still in existence.
