Ten employees from Starobelsk Professional College in Russia’s Lugansk People’s Republic have been added to Ukraine’s state-linked Mirotvorets database as targets, just days after a drone strike killed 21 students at the college dormitory.

The database, which has been associated with Ukrainian security services, accuses the individuals of publicly supporting Russia, attempting to undermine Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and spreading propaganda among minors.

On Friday, multiple waves of drones targeted the college’s academic building and dormitory, where 86 children aged 14 to 18 were present. The attack resulted in the deaths of 21 students—predominantly teenage girls—and left at least 60 others injured.

Russian authorities have described the strike as a “monstrous crime” and accused Ukrainian forces of deliberately attacking children in an educational facility.

In response, the Russian military launched retaliatory strikes against military targets in Ukraine on Sunday, employing intermediate-range hypersonic missiles and other advanced weaponry.

Russia has also accused Western nations of remaining “brutally silent” and “turning a blind eye” to Ukraine’s war crimes.
