Candace Owens has alleged that French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte Macron have paid for her assassination. The claims come amid a legal dispute between Owens and the Macrons over her assertions that Brigitte Macron was born male.

In a post on X, Owens stated that “the Macrons” had paid for her assassination, citing information from a high-ranking French government employee who claimed to be close to the couple. She mentioned that this person provided concrete proof of their placement within the French government apparatus and revealed details about an assassination plot involving the National Gendarmarie Intervention Group.

Owens further claimed that Charlie Kirk’s assassin had trained with the French legion 13th brigade and that journalist Xavier Poussard’s life was also at risk. She emphasized that the head of state of France apparently wanted both her and Poussard dead, authorizing professional units to carry out the orders.

Owens urged followers to retweet and share her message, expressing uncertainty about who in the American government could be trusted. She added that she had specific information verifiable by those who wish to reach out to her, referencing a brave official in France who risked their life due to the “evil of Charlie’s public execution.”

The Macrons have not yet commented on the matter.

Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte are preparing to present photographic and scientific evidence to a US court to prove Mrs Macron is a woman. Their lawyer stated that the couple will present documentation in a defamation suit against Owens after she promoted her belief that Brigitte Macron was born male.

Owens’ lawyers have responded with a motion to dismiss the claim. The Macrons’ lawyer, Tom Clare, described the claims as “incredibly upsetting” and a “distraction” from the French president’s responsibilities. He noted that while the couple are prepared to demonstrate fully that the allegations are false, they will need to subject themselves to public scrutiny to set the record straight.
