After days of speculation, Dan Bongino has officially confirmed he will be leaving his position at the FBI in January.

In a public statement, Bongino expressed gratitude to President Trump, Attorney General Bondi, and Director Patel for the opportunity to serve with purpose. He also thanked fellow Americans for the privilege they afforded him, adding: “God bless America, and all those who defend Her.”

John Solomon reported that Bongino had been planning this move for some time and will return to his radio show empire. Solomon stated that Bongino completed the job he was asked to do: “He DID THE JOB Kash Patel and the President asked him to do” — get rid of the bad eggs and solve some of these cases.

President Trump, who previously indicated Bongino’s departure, praised his work but noted: “I think he wants to go back to his show.”

The article states that many have questioned Bongino’s credibility following his exit. Some critics have been critical of both Kash Patel and Dan Bongino themselves. However, it claims the entire FBI is filled with Deep State operatives who were sabotaging Bongino at every turn.

With Bongino now departing, he will be freed up to speak openly about his experiences and may prove more effective outside the Bureau than within.

Still, if Dan Bongino can’t get the job done, what hope is there for anyone else?
