Last week, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) executed a large-scale operation in Houston, Texas, resulting in the arrest of more than 120 individuals suspected of being undocumented immigrants. The operation involved traffic stops, during which law enforcement identified multiple individuals driving without valid licenses or insurance. ICE shared a video documenting the effort, highlighting the agency’s focus on addressing violations linked to unauthorized immigration. On social media, ICE emphasized that in a single day within one city, over 100 undocumented individuals were apprehended while operating vehicles without proper documentation. The agency noted that many of those arrested likely lack proficiency in English, yet they are regularly seen driving alongside U.S. citizens on public roads.
