A neighbor of Tyler Robinson, the suspected shooter of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, has confirmed that Robinson was in a relationship with his roommate, who is believed to be transitioning.
Josh Kemp, an 18-year-old resident near Robinson’s Utah home, told The Sun that he witnessed Robinson and his roommate, identified as Lance Robinson (or Twiggs), holding hands and kissing two weeks ago. Kemp described the roommate as “weird,” noting his unusual attire, including a mask, and overheard conversations about a doctor’s appointment, which he believed related to gender transition.
Robinson, 22, was living with his unidentified partner in a smart condo equipped with a hot tub, swimming pool, and fitness center. The property is five miles from his family home, with a vehicle parked in a numbered space. A source told the New York Post that the roommate was transitioning from male to female.
Neighbors also reported suspicious activity around Robinson’s house two weeks before Kirk’s assassination, aligning with Kemp’s account of the couple leaving in black clothing and a mask. Lance Robinson’s family has not confirmed details about the relationship or transition.
The FBI is investigating Robinson’s role in Kirk’s death, with his roommate cooperating in the probe.
