New surveillance footage from a Cedar City gas station has surfaced, capturing Tyler Robertson, the alleged assassin of conservative influencer Charlie Kirk, pumping gas shortly after the fatal shooting. The video, obtained by local authorities, shows Robertson at a Maverik station located over 200 miles from Utah Valley University, where Kirk was killed during a Turning Point USA event.

Investigators initially suspected Robertson had discarded evidence at the gas station following reports of his presence there. However, the footage reveals he arrived at around 7:15 a.m. on September 11, paid for gas using a credit card, and left within three minutes without interacting with any trash cans. The Cedar City Police Department confirmed in an incident report that Robertson did not dispose of items during his visit.

Authorities tracked Robertson’s financial transactions after his arrest and obtained the video to investigate potential evidence disposal. Despite the surveillance, no incriminating activity was observed. Robertson, who lived in Washington, approximately 200 miles south of Utah Valley University, was identified by his family in campus footage and later turned himself in wearing clothing matching his earlier appearance.
