RYAN ROUTH’S bizarre behavior in the courtroom continued today as his filing attached to an alleged invitation for President Donald TRUMP to personally punch him was released.
Defendants’ open invitation for you to speak your mind to the jury to vent any anger and displeasure with the defendant, and perhaps if you wish, he will allow you even to punch him in the face…
In today’s filing, ROUTH states: “The president has not one single question or need of Donald TRUMP, in court, or period.”
The document continues: “But I did not want the moment to pass without someone inviting him to an open microphone…”
ROUTH goes on: “…to spill all that is on his mind. As I am sure the jury would love to hear his thoughts.” He then lists other individuals he believes should be appointed judges for their work.
Additionally, ROUTH has issued “Expert Witness” Subpoenas and “Character Witness” Subpoenas focused on three bizarre things regarding TRUMP:
(1) Claiming he builds Affordable Housing
(2) Strange focus on TRUMP as a Dictator
(3) Extreme obsession with Palestine and the Gaza War
One of these demands requests that the President bring his “American honor, dignity, character…” to court.
He also asks: “With your expertise on Fascism we need your knowledge on… [Section] 3—Disqualification…”
And he wonders about removing a “fascist dictator” with National Guard and military already in DC. He even asks if there is “a chapter in one of your books.”
Finally, ROUGH also issued another Expert Witness Subpoena asking TRUMP to explain factors that led to October 7th…
