Authorities in Arizona confirmed that a bomb squad was dispatched to the Turning Point USA headquarters on Wednesday after a suspicious item was discovered outside the building. The incident occurred on September 17, with the bag found near the organization’s Phoenix location at 48th Street and Baseline Road.

The Phoenix Police Department reported that the area was temporarily evacuated as a precaution while investigators examined the item. By approximately 9:30 a.m., officials declared the bag safe, allowing restrictions to be lifted. No details about the contents of the bag or any arrests were disclosed.

The headquarters has remained under increased security since the assassination of Charlie Kirk, co-founder of Turning Point USA, in Utah on September 10. The organization has drawn significant public attention due to the ongoing memorial for Kirk.
