FBI Director Kash Patel asserted there is “no credible information” in case files indicating Jeffrey Epstein trafficked young women to anyone other than himself, during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. The remarks came after Republican Senator John Kennedy questioned Patel about the contents of the Epstein files.

Patel told senators, “There is no credible information, none. If there were I would bring the case yesterday that he trafficked to other individuals. And the information we have, again, is limited.” When pressed by Kennedy, “So the answer is no one?” Patel replied, “For the information that we have. In the case files.”

Kennedy criticized the response, stating, “The central question for the American people is this: They know Epstein trafficked young women for sex with himself. What they want to know is whether he trafficked them to anyone else.” The exchange occurred amid heightened scrutiny of Patel’s leadership and the FBI’s handling of recent investigations.
