A group of Somalians and Somali-supporters in Minnesota gathered today to speak out against claims of fraud within their community.

While reading from a prepared script, one woman reacted abruptly to the phrase “fraud is bad” by covering her mouth and frantically looking for assistance, appearing as though she had just confessed to an offense.

The incident was not isolated. Another activist at the event also made an unintended slip, stating “there IS fraud.”

The events have been described as beyond parody.
